I am part of a medieval jousting group called Bockens Kämpar where I am the herald. The founder of that group is called Riddare Bockskägg and albeit a very nice guy he also has an ego a few sizes too large for his own good. I choose to write this song to him as an exaggerated homage, almost ironic. I had to work hard with the editing to make the song feel like all it’s parts are connected.

For the first time since I was 12, I have created a real game for the MSX-system. It’s part of the MSXDev23 competition but I don’t expect to win any awards for it. Perhaps for the music though but it’s not the reason why I created it. I wanted to see if I were capable of creating a game written in Z80 assembler for a 45 years old home computer.

I was asked by Aoineko (A guy in france) to create music for his upcoming MSX-game.
Of course I was up to the challenge.

I wanted to explore hardware sounds more on the AY-chip so I detuned the software sounds a few notches so that they would match with the frequencies of the HW-sounds and this is what it turned out into.

Gotlands Musikalkompani created an very good version of ”The sound of music” and played it in front of full houses. I felt it was so good it had to be preserved so I volunteered to film all three setups with several cameras and edit everything into three separate musical movies. This is one scene from one of them.

I saw a way of combining Euphoria by Loreen with Stardust by Jean Michel Jarre. It took me some time but I think the result is rather good
